The research aimed to characterize the challenges of family and teachers during educational practice carried out in teaching learning process secondary schools urban rural areas Huila, Angola. reason for investigation lies fact that there are no studies make reference this theme context This is a case study qualitative, descriptive interpretative character, which analyzes real situation its context. It had an intentional sample 24 participants. in-depth interviewing content analysis were used collect interpret information. results show many difficulties process, such as: predominance traditional methods, more precarious school network area, excessive number students per class making it difficult evaluate, mostly illiterate families with unsatisfactory involvement deficient punctuality actors, not uniformity affecting quality teaching. Therefore, improve essential invest training build, equip confer good participatory management.
